# Refund & Return Policy – Kimberly Ann Creations

**14-Day Return Window**  
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

**How to Start a Return**  
Email us at email@kimberlyanncreations.com to request a return. You will receive instructions and a return shipping label (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error).

**Non-Returnable Items**  
- Personalized or custom-engraved items  
- Sale items  
- Gift cards  

**Damaged or Defective Items**  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at email@kimberlyanncreations.com with photos so we can make it right (we cover return shipping in these cases).

**Refunds**  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

**Exchanges**  
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
