# Shipping Policy – Kimberly Ann Creations

**Processing Time**  
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Times**  
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer standard shipping via USPS or similar carriers.

- **Domestic (USA):** Usually arrives in 3–7 business days after shipping.
- **International:** Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays.

**Customs, Duties & Taxes**  
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

**Lost or Damaged Packages**  
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@kimberlyanncreations.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

**Shipping Address**  
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
